Cook-line cooler out of temperature at 51F. Due to when TCS foods were placed in the cook-line cooler, they do not need to be discarded at this time.
Food moved to a cooler at 41 degrees or below and refrigeration service will be contacted to repair the cooler to hold food at 41 degrees or below.
